  Knife "Laguiole"

  Folding knife, olive wood handle, handmade in St-Rémy de Pce.

  The ancestor of Laguiole is a blade fitted with a piece of wood, called the "CAPUCHADOU".
  In the 19th the peasants of Aubrac go to Catalonia and come back with a knife: the navaja.
  The Laguiole takes again its shape of blade and its tapered handle.
  In 1840 appears the punch.
